Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor (Polar). We do not store complete credit card numbers. We receive:

  • Last four digits of card number
  • Card expiration date

Storage

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Google Cloud Platform (Firebase). Generated PDFs are stored in Firebase Storage or your configured external storage (AWS S3, Supabase).

Retention

Generated PDF files are retained according to your plan:

  • Free plan: 7 days
  • Starter plan: 30 days
  • Growth plan: 90 days
  • Scale plans: 180 days or custom

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Security Measures

We implement industry-standard security measures:

  • TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit
  • AES-256 encryption for data at rest
  • API key hashing using SHA-256
  • HMAC-SHA256 signed webhook payloads
  • Regular security audits and monitoring

Data Sharing
